This includes, but is not limited to, the names "Maddocks," "Europart," and "Paxanpax," and all associated product descriptions, advertisements, photographs, and logos. |

| Maddocks is the exclusive distributor of certain OEM-branded products throughout UK and/or Europe. Only products sourced directly from Maddocks are authorised for sale under our trademarks. |

| You should note that Amazon's 'Prohibited Seller Activities and Actions Policy' states: “When listing items for sale using an existing product detail page, the product being offered must be listed on a product detail page that accurately describes the product in all respects, including (but not limited to) the following attributes: manufacturer, edition, binding, version, format or player compatibility. Sellers cannot match their item to a detail page with a different ISBN, UPC, EAN or other external identifier.” |
