Regardless of how your order has been sent, you can always trace the full path of the order with our parcel tracking service.

Check your order fulfilment or invoice, the tracking number will usually be on there. Enter your reference number in one of the boxes below and you will be redirected to the courier's website.

Carrier Delivery Windows

• Any specific timescales for delivery and/or collection which DPD and DX provide are indicative estimates only.
• Unless otherwise specified, “delivery day” refers to working days Monday-Friday and excludes weekends, public and local holidays.
• Neither Maddocks, DPD nor DX shall be liable if a consignment is prevented or delayed from performing the service specified by a circumstance beyond their control (a “Force Majeure Event”), including but not limited to: adverse weather conditions, crisis, pandemic, epidemic, acts of Government, changes in the law or changes to regulations, industrial disputes, accidents, obstruction of highways, mechanical breakdown or traffic congestion.

Please note that if the consignment is within the delivery window for your specific delivery service, then we will not be able to chase or contact the carrier as it is within the allotted window.
